Our Admissions Process

Step 1:
Book a Private Tour

Begin by scheduling a private tour of our Dubai campus. This visit allows families to experience the learning environment, meet our leadership team, and understand how our academic and enrichment programs operate day to day.

Step 2:
Initial Admissions Conversation

A thoughtful introductory conversation with our Admissions team to understand your child’s background, early development, interests, and your family’s educational aspirations.

Step 3:
Personalized Campus Visit & Parent Consultation

An in-depth campus experience and private consultation, where we explore your child’s unique strengths, temperament, and learning style, ensuring alignment with our ATHENA+ early years framework.

Step 4:
Interview with the Academic Director

A one-to-one meeting with our Academic Director to discuss developmental readiness, learning pathways, and how Masterminds can best support your child’s growth during these formative years.

Step 5:
Enrollment Consideration & Offer

Following a holistic review, selected families receive an offer of enrollment and are personally guided through the next steps by our Admissions team.

Step 6:
Registration & Personalized Development Plan

Upon enrollment, we complete registration and design an individualized learning and development plan tailored to your child’s cognitive, emotional, physical, and social growth.

Admissions are rolling, subject to seat availability in our micro-groups.

Yes, private virtual consultations can be arranged for families currently outside of Dubai.

**Priority Matriculation to Masterminds VIP**

Graduates of our KG2 program receive priority access to Masterminds VIP Dubai (Ages 6–14). This ensures that the high-performance foundations built during the Early Years continue seamlessly into Primary and Middle School.
